Fall Sales Season Updates
What a difference a week can make, The weather went from 90 to 55 like it saw a state trooper! I think my persistent wishing for cooler weather did finally pay off! A wonderful late August rain storm ushered in cool temperatures and a damping of the dust this week. The online catalog of flower bulbs is updated with the most recent inventory so if you haven’t ordered yet, be sure to get your order placed before we start on the road and sell out of our remaining stock.

Saturday September 9th-9am-3pm at Sebright Gardens
The first of the fall sales to be at will be the SHPS-Salem Hardy Plant Society sale at Sebright Gardens, not only is this sale located at a fantastic nursery and veritable botanical garden you can stroll around but you will have multiple vendors to choose from with loads of wonderful plants supporting a great gardening group in Salem, Oregon.

Super excited about this one, not withstanding the amount of paperwork that one needs to jump through to get plants across arbitrary lines demarcating human placed “borders”. I’ll be bringing up a load of our bulbs and great selections of alpine and rock garden plants for our friends up North, and for those of you who follow along, my daughter is in her Junior year at the UBC so I get to spend a little bit of time with her before she dives back into the school year.
For those of you who can’t make the in person to the fall sales, we will be offering our Rock Garden Collection boxes for shipping again now that it has cooled down. I haven’t had time to to update the website with all the great plants, but I can assure you if you order one of our boxes they will be stuffed with great treasures for your garden! We offer free shipping on these as well as our Moon Garden Boxes! While you don’t get to select what is in them, If you let us know your interests like crevice gardens, full sun rock gardens, drought tolerance, shade gardens etc. we will curate the collection specifically for you!.
