One of those plants that has been tossed around more than a rubber ducky in a typhoon, this has been a Watsonia, Antholyza, and a Homoglossum at some point. Taxonomists just can’t seem to agree. However, I find it to be charming as a Gladiolus with its, scarlet red flowers in late winter and early spring, you may just find a hummingbird or two flitting about your greenhouse or balcony when it comes into bloom. Its been hardy for me down to 14 degrees.
