From Morocco, Bright white flowers that are upright facing in late winter or very early spring. The name is a mouthful for sure, but this is such a good hoop petticoat that should be in every garden. Like all the winter blooming species, you do need to keep an eye out for slugs who will often chew threw the developing flower buds to get at those petals leaving you with swiss cheese.
